Ethnics can't achieve that look naturally unless they are Dravidian. But by default having dark hair will make any guy have a minor shadow no matter how close they shave

He more than likely didn't grow much facial hair as he looked very Native American. After all Mexicans aren't known for their facial hair genes. MENAs and light curries otoh are fucked in this regard. Same with Meds (probably most tbh)

The trivial answer is they never had facial hair follicles to begin with, so of course nothing shows

Out of the shaving tools safety razor gives the cleanest cut, or you can pluck / epilate your jaw to get rid of hairs from their roots

You simply cannot have this look without lasers if you naturally have high beard density, or whatever it is that makes the follicles darker.

For example even though my beard grows out well, I can shave my cheeks and have a similar look to the above pictures but the area around my mustache area and chin will always have a slight shadow because my hair grows much denser in that area.

It’s funny because I really like that clean shaven but still darker toned facial appearance of those that grow dense beards but it’s not something I can have, when I shave my cheeks it can appear as if I don’t grow a beard at all just like the above photos but you seem to want the opposite of what I want.
