How can I get the best out of puberty? I’m 14 and I need to know the best way I can grow right now. I’m about 170 cm 5’6 almost 5’7. I heard if you’re taller before puberty, you have a better chance of being tall overall. I think I started around early 13. I know the basics like sleeping, diet, short term exercises. What specific methods or things can help me grow to my max and get the best out of puberty?

best anabolic steroids? people say to take them and others say to not. I don’t want to have the worst side effects so can you list some that won’t affect me that much?
Literally just testosterone. It's already naturally produced by your body. At a moderate dose you can consistently stay at a high testosterone level throughout ur development and this will basically put puberty into overdrive. Side effects vary per person of course but at a moderate dose these are unlikely
Anabolic steroids + hgh/igf1 + nutrition + gymmaxxing + sleep

start learning as much as you can about this now so you can be educated enough to learn how to use these pharmaceuticals without fucking urself up

I think there is a lot more research you need to do on this kind of stuff outside the forum as well and I would be careful about rushing into this. All the information is out there on the internet. Plenty of steroid forums, reddit threads, youtube videos, etc. Learn what you're getting yourself into with your own research and not just asking questions here tbh

oh also you should 100% be in the gym already if ur not

Genetics🫩 it’s all genetics. You will see people that are 14 and 6 foot with the worst diet and they get barley sleep I know one I used to be friends with him before I moved schools. The thing is your 14 and 5,7 and I’m 14 5,10 and I used to work out 4 times a week when I was 13 and eat good, so that’s the only thing that’s not cope working out properly and staying healthy and sleeping trust me even though this will only help u get like one more inch taller or 1.5 because genetics limit you
