I’ve told my parents about how my breathing is fucking with my sleep (because it gen is) but they won’t take me to the dentist and keep giving me bullshit meds that don’t work for my nose my pallate is so small when i measured it was around 3.8-4.0 it’s horrible please help

go to orthodontist and tell him all that if he still says no just buy those cope plastic expanders off a 3d printer
