Here’s my front profile. I feel like I have a really long face, and I think my nose ruins my whole face. I’m considering MARPE since I have breathing problems, a deviated septum, and possible sleep apnea. I’ve had breathing problems since I was young. Honestly, I’m more worried about what will happen to my face rather than the airway benefits. I’m already insecure about how I look and don’t want to make it worse, Is there a higher chance that it will balance my facial proportions or break them more?

bro to be honest you look fine, you dont have much to worry about your nose its not disproportionally large, as far as MARPE goes, you could definitely benefit from it but youd have to do more research and talk to an actual ortho about what they think, if you already have a normal palate sometimes widening it can definitely be a negative. any way you can measure your palate width?

youre also young bro, you have plenty of facial development in the bag right now, id say you should start looking into better forward development before you consider marpe
