In this guide I will write about all my knowledge regarding skin pigmentation, one of the elements that improves attractiveness by 30% and makes someone look much more appealing.
The Golden Tan
What you need to know before you start tanning:
90% of the people who follow those "primal" TikToks where influencers say "just stay in the sun to get testosterone" will only end up red and swollen with serious risks of burns,
because they don't follow the basic rules for healthy tanning, as they consume SEED OILS.
[SEED OILS] AVOID!
Seed oils are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which are more prone to oxidation when exposed to heat and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Some researchers suggest that higher levels of oxidized PUFAs in skin tissues may increase oxidative stress and inflammation, potentially contributing to greater skin redness and sensitivity after sun exposure. However, the evidence is still debated, and sunburn is primarily caused by UV damage to the skin
Furthermore, the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 will certainly strip the skin of its natural protection, as these oils oxidize when exposed to the sun, since they are inside your cells.
[Skin tones and their undertones]
Identify your skin tone and undertone; the undertones of your skin will dictate how much reddish "blush" your skin will have, or if your skin will be more even. Either way, they are just halos and depend a lot on your overall coloring, such as hair, eyes, lips, lashes, eyebrows, etc.
Ideally, it would even be the Stromboli M3, with its higher contrast and greater appeal. Besides, you won't get that "orange" tan even if you spend 6 hours a day in the sun, aiming for tones Stromboli M3

[The reason why tan is so important to any archetype]
It's not just a matter of appeal, it's a matter of health. There's a reason why signs of health are attractive; the peak of appeal is slightly yellowish skin with reddish tones on the cheeks and nose—that's the peak of aesthetic appeal.
Notice that they have different phenotypes, but they all harmonize well with their eyes and hair. Richard Ramirez, in particular, has one of the most aesthetically pleasing tans, as it's extremely natural and looks more like a natural color than a bronze, even though it's tanned due to his nomadic lifestyle.
![Natural highlights at the ends of the hair]!
With the action of ultraviolet radiation, the melanin in your hair will gradually break down, and you will notice ends that are lighter than your natural hair color (especially if your hair is medium to light brown). Often, these natural highlights are brighter and more reflective than dye, as different degradations occur. Almost always, this color that the sun leaves (it can be orange, reddish, or blonde) will look good on you because it is your genetics that dictate it, and your hair coloring genetics are always good because they are subtle and only add depth to the "flow" of the hair. One of the most iconic examples is Corrado Martini
However, you will need stronger nutrition and hydration, as the effects of the sun, even during calmer hours, are severe. Therefore, I will be including a very good guide on hair nutrition from @arlo_420

[How to sunbathe the right way]
There's no secret to sunbathing; you just need to understand that you're much less likely to get sunburned and actually tan if you expose yourself to the sun before 10 am and after 4 pm. These times, with a lot of infrared light, are not ideal. Don't use sunscreen. If you eat healthily with micronutrients and macronutrients, you won't suffer the damage that the media portrays to make money. Humans spent millennia adapting to the sun, and now we use chemicals on our skin—my god! But with the chaotic populations around the planet, we have Black people in sunless environments and pale skin in Africa. So, limit your sun exposure to one hour a day. [Moisturize your skin, etc]
I don't use any of those chemical products. Having a healthy and natural microbiome helps a lot. Don't use chemicals on your skin.
It's clear that if you weren't born with the genetics to have ideal skin, then you weren't born that way. Using melatonin and things like that won't help; just do the basics naturally, etc. Humans have never had to worry about this because it's part of the foundation of life and human routine.
A tan won't make you look good if you're ugly, but if you are good-looking it's a great softmaxx, not to mention the health reasons.
