Being tan is important. Will make your physique and face look more attractive (for most people).
In this thread I will mention different ways of getting tan and how to properly do it. There are some threads on tanning but this is will hopefully inculde all the different ways to have a good tan.
1. Tanning naturally or in a UV Bed
3. Peptides
In this thread I will mention different ways of getting tan and how to properly do it. There are some threads on tanning but this is will hopefully inculde all the different ways to have a good tan.
1. Tanning naturally or in a UV Bed
- You will see a lot of girls do this, and might think its a good idea just because it is really low effort.
- How to: lather some tanning gel (not self tan) and kind of just lie in the sun and after an hour or two you will be noticeably tanner
- Why you shouldn't do this: Sun damage descends you. it gives you wrinkles and on top of that if ur on the whiter side, you will probably just burn and then your skin will peel and it makes u look unhealthy and doesn't feel good. The main problem with tanning naturally is that if you try protecting your skin with sunscreen and use the tanning gel, it doesn't end up working and you don't get tan.
- If you decide to do this for whatever reason, I recommend this one.
-
- This is my favorite way to get a good tan, but it can be a pain depending on which way you decide to do it.
- Tanning Drops VS Tanning Foam
- Tanning Drops,
- easier to apply, but do take longer.
- Protocol: mix 4-5 drops with moisturizer and apply to face and neck right before bed. (if you want to do full body then you need to use more). thats it. the next day you will wake up with a good tan.
- Tanning Foam
- Quick results, but can be messy
- Protocol, i do not use this but from the research i have done, all you have to do is apply an even amount around where you want tan, wait a couple of hours and then wash it off with warm water.
- If you are going to buy either i would recommend bondi sands and i like the light-medium shade. but if you want a darker tone they have that aswell
- Tip: wash ur hands immediately after and make sure you get it all of, don't want people noticing that your hands are a wierd color.
3. Peptides
- Kinda similar to the first one but it is alot faster and can be safer if you do it correctly
- MT1 vs MT2
- MT1
- To build the tan pin 330mcg a day for 4-6 weeks. Once you get the color you like, to maintain it pin 100-200mcg for up to two months
- MT2
- To build the tan pin 250-330mcg for 2-3 weeks. Once you get the color you like, to maintain it pin 50-100mcg for up to six weeks
- Main problem with MT2 is that the risk for skin cancer can be high especially if you have someone in your family that has gotten it.
- Supplements on their own will NOT make you tan, but i do recommend them just because they help.
- I take 6 mg of beta carotene
- Dont over do it because you will end up looking orange instead of tan.
- Also those stupid tan pills are pretty shitty so I wouldn't bother with them. Theyre also pretty overpriced
