Lower lip is fucked because of underbite which I’m going to address with a bimax in 2 months. What else am I missing?

Looks like your lower lip is inflamed, maybe even swollen. I would first and foremost fix your diet, cut out processed food, and drink significantly more water to see what it looks like when it's not inflamed. Then you can evaluate again.
