Not sure how to make them actually thicker though if your thyroid is sluggish that will thin them out some until its fixed. I did throw some beard hair color on mine and it made them look thicker and was an improvement I think. That beard hair color will last for many months also as its reusable after you open the tubes unlike normal hair color.
