How to get thicker and bigger wrists? (14 years old)

I think your wrists are largely determined by your bones because there exists little to no muscles in your wrist so if I can increase the bones in my wrists that should get me bigger wrists. problem is how? What I've got on my mind is sleep more and vitamin D3 from the sun plus supplements. Any other factors or tips, please? (I have mega skinny wrists)

I use to wear bracelets and watches to hide my wrist. Every time I would bring a girl home from the club they would ask me to take my watches and bracelets off to examine my wrists. Every single them they would immediately laugh and instantly leave my apartment. This happened over 20 times

One of them even called me a “wristcel”

Small wrists are great for aesthetics. If you you put on muscles in your forearms, biceps and triceps, your arms will look massive to normies.

Look up Devon Larrat, he's a arm wrestler and made his forearms bigger
 
So many trolls in this thread.

Firstly, improve your T levels. Endless stuff on the internet on how to improve testosterone so I won't expand further.

Secondly, actively use them and the surrounding muscles. Dead hangs, deadlifts, wrist curls, pull ups, chin ups, rope climbs etc are great.

Thirdly, as someone else mentioned, do manual labour, using your hands will actively thicken not just your wrists but palms/ fingers generally speaking too.

Fourthly, boxing.
