How to get thicker denser eyebrows + remove eye bags???

I don't want to fraud with dye for the eyebrows (just not my thing). I prefer more authentic solutions. I'm already applying castor oil to them nightly and that's about it. And I'm waiting on my derma stamp to arrive so I can start doing that. In terms of the eye bags, I get good sleep, upwards of 8-9 hours every night (unemployed), although I do sleep late and use electronics directly before sleeping.
