Supplement wise, biotin might help a little bit when it comes to texture but dont expect miracles.
You can also use stuff like clay or wax to make it look thicker, some shampoos might also help in that regard

It depends if you have natural thin hair (since you're born) or your hair are miniaturizing because of DHT
If you have natural thin hair there isn't much to do, maybe try Stemoxydine

nah bc i don't have much hair problems, my hair is good from diet alone, also im a poorcel and rely on parents for shit, but derma stuff is legit, my friend noticed good results in hair density and eveness, it's also good for eyebrows.

My hair got way thicker when I increased my daily vit C dose to 1 gram and started supplementing cod liver oil pills. Not sure why it helped so much, maybe I had some kind of deficiency?
