no one should be aiming for thicker lips but a more structured upper lip and philtrum columns , injecting actual volume in the body of your lips will give you that feminine look that no male wants.

Testosterone thing is very real, there is days where I feel high t and my lips are thick af for no reason but when I'm high e they become small and foid like
