so I'm just starting to get in to the gym and my end goal is the physique's I've inserted below, I'm not on any test or something like that yet, because I don't want to fucked my hormones in puberty but can be convinced to change my mind, I'm not sure if the physique is even possible natty tbh as I said I'm very new, but I was wondering if anybody on here could give some advice on what is should be doing or supplements I should me taking (obviously I'm taking creatine)
