How to get to 10+ pull ups?

How do some of y’all do insane number of pull ups? I am stuck at 7-9 for months.

You can either do weighted pull ups, cut weight, or train more explosive. There is no reason you should be in a Plateau that long. If you specifically notice you fail at let’s say forehead up to chin, you can specifically practice just that portion of the pull up, I’ve found that helps.

Improve mind to muscle connection, train them, cut weight, eat protein and pretend like youre bending the bar.

Nigga your retarded, jow do you think Mothers lift cars off of their children?, their muscles dont grow, their body releases adrenaline which makes their muscles focus fully on lifting the car.

Also, protein builds muscle, carbs get atored in the muscles for energy.
When I started training pull ups, I went from 1 to 10 in a month, thats not because of muscle growth its mind to muscle connection.

The guys with the biggest muscles doesn't lift the heaviest.
Research something before commenting on it retard.
