with softmaxxing you could darken & thicken eyebrows, get more volume & texture in the hair. look for good barbers that do good scissor cuts and grow it a lil. and maybe train the masseter a lil.
and try to max out hormones asap, good test and hgh is all you can do. sleep a lot and well, eat clean, protein rich, good quality and maintenance or very little surplus, do sprints or general sports, unless it can spike cortisol like jogging

don't spend money on some skincare shit, it's not that big of a diffrence and often doesn't help. invest in something i wrote about above like a derma roller or good quality meat from a farm.

Change hair style, fix eyebrows with castor oil and dye them darker, debloat and make sure your going to the gym and maintaining good overall health.

For height there is nothing you can do apart from genetics unless you have poor nutrition, you just have to hope puberty does you well with however long you have left of it.

Get a skincare routine aswell, I don’t know good advice so just look around on .org for some.
You can probably reach lmtn pretty quickly and can probably hit hmtn with time
