From my experience only accutane has made s noticable difference in nose size but obv different from person to person and worth trying out

If you’re doing it just for the nose, accutane might be better ngl, since it’s permanent and I personally have noticed crazy nose reduction from it

But its only permanent if you stay on accutane though

No taz usually has performed ish 80% collagen increade while tret usually ish 50-60% pretty consistently in all studies

This is just because taz is so selective so it stimulates the retinoid receptors like theres no tomorrow

Yes, its always mandatory especially with any retinoid. Youll be very dry and have a fucked skin barrier with a bit of flakyness in the beggining so youll have to moisture religously and extra sensitive to uv, this happens with all retinoid like taz or accutane
