Vitamin D = sunlight, fatty fish, egg yolk, liver
Vitamin K2 = Natto, aged cheeses, egg yolks, grass-fed butter
Vitamin B7 = Cooked egg yolk, nuts and seeds, legumes
Calcium = Milk, yogurt, cheese
Magnesium = Pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, spinach
