i want a modcut but my hair is straight asf. rn i have a perm but no matter how often and different i ask they always give me more like curly instead of waves

so... how can i get wavy hair like in the second pic? i heard one "side effect" of ghkcu is wavy hair? maybe i should hop on ghk? or can i just perm my hair myself and get more of my likable results? please lmk

yea but thats a good hair day (pic was taken when it was laying good yk) and its only the first 3 months good until te perm grows out and everyone sees my straight hair (feel like a exposed woman)
