is that true or bs?

and what else can i do to get whiter teeth except for bleaching?

asking for how to whiten your teeth with a method other than bleaching is like asking to get a tan without going out of your house, short answer is that its not possible, sure you can do some things, maybe remove staining, but, its a mild difference, you wont get anything as significant as bleaching effects with anything apart from... well... bleaching.
