Hi I am 15/m and want to know how can I make my chin wider (I dont have a reccesed jaw) with softmax bcs My chin projection is very low and will puberty help it get more wide if yes thn hiw can I maximize it
Right now I do
Masseter training
Chin tucks
Hard mewing
Mewing 24/7
Eat meat and chew 30-40 times
If I keep it up will to this help me or is it over

all this is stressing you calm down ur 15 youll get a wider chin eating meat and chewings great
