palate expander, and bringing ur maxilla forward. i got lefort 1 ips distraction to movve my maxilla forward 18mm gained 3x the amount of lip size but its also genetics, u might not hve a lot of lip nd thats the way life goes u can get lip filler tho

Yes its a good feature to have if u have other good features i have tried lip pulling it works but does cause smile lines but i think its worth it.

in this case his upper incisors seem to protrude out a bit causing a tensed narrow lip line
