personally i do it with my fists everyday i apply vaseline over the area and smash the zygomatic arch and anterior zygos until im satisfied with the swelling

what u sorry for u didnt do anything wrong, but depends on sensitivity lmao it usually takes 2-3 minutes for me, you should feel slight discomfort but not extraordinary pain
