how to girls or people wear tight clothes

IM wearing baggy-ish clothes and for the first time in a while I am not wearing a jacket
however this makes me feel like I'm begging for attention or something like that and I honestly would have preferred wearing a jacket
how in the world do women put on leggings and show off their boobs and some men wear tight clothing to show off their muscles?? wtf
