Im a total fatcunt and ive been hard stuck on 90kg for about a year now. Ive tried all these caloric deficits n shieet but if i go a couple weeks plus without normal sustinence even if im at my caloric limit i turn rabbid and start eating everything in sight. Ive abused cheap appetite suppressors such as nicotine to such an extent where a ciggie/nic patch wont to anything to supress my hunger. Too broke for reta, too legal for ozempic ive decided that giving myself anorexia to get my weight off is the best chance.

That's about the most stupid thing I've heard; giving yourself anorexia. Don't waste your money on nicotine, save up for retatrutide because that's what you really need. just starvemax get a caffeine supplement and use that one to suppress appetite, the first 48 hours are the hardest one, after 48h its just easy (the dizzyness goes hard tho)

Honestly there's nothing you can do to actually give your self any possible eating disorder if ykwim I've been there skipped meal alit whatsoever and actually the first meal I ate gave me back all the weight coz the body starts feeding itself on muscles to gain energy then it feeds up on fats so actually start exercising and working out with a planned diet and whenever your motivation is down look in the mirror
