How would I quickly give myself more acne since I have a dermatologist appointment later this week and I want to maximize my chances of being prescribed Accutane.

You don't need to have very bad acne. I went to a doctor and she prescribed me tretinoin gel even though my acne was very mild and not an issue at all. Js say it's bad a lot and you want something to treat it

They give tret out for even mild acne, derms are more afraid to give out accutane than doctors are to give out hydrocodone.

I've been on the highest strength of tretinoin for a while and even took some cope antibiotics for a few months. Nothing works, if I don't secure that prescription I'm just going to order it online

I have done exactly the same things. I tried ordering it online but it got seized I'm gonna be on accutane in 2 months

Fuck, you got lucky then, one of my Asian friends got it first try and his acne wasn't even that bad. I'm going in on my 3rd, it just depends what kind of doctor/derm you speak with since some of them act like the "side effects" (which aren't that bad provided you actually do shit like hydrate and moisturize your skin) will literally fucking kill you
