I’m 16.5 years old, 178 cm tall, and weigh 77 kg. My face skin looks like complete crap (I’ve been using adapalene and Azelik for three weeks), but I notice that any unhealthy food (burgers, ice cream, chocolates) makes me feel even worse.

First, mentally, I feel like shit, like someone who can’t keep their discipline. Also, after 1–2 days, pus‑filled pimples appear that even hurt to touch.

Most people say that 80/20 works, but from my observations, any deviation from the diet plan causes a fucking nightmare on my face. :soy:

What can you advise? Should I give up unhealthy food altogether? If so, how? I get a severe withdrawal when I feel even the slightest hunger.

use isotretinoin, it will make ur relationship with food better

hop on accutane and stop eating goyslop. you are literally poisoning yourself. also if your face is as shit as you describe it to be i don't even know why you'd think adapalene would help you.

fruits are understandable, but I’m talking about industrial sugar
i mean its identical to fruit sugar on a molecular level sugar is sugar but yeah i get your concern
just quit them cold turkey and swap them for sweet fruits like pineapple

you should slowly cut sugar out ur diet while consuming natural sugars such as fruit until you reach ur goal of no industrial sugar and natural only

Try to cut it out the best as possible
But a little won't hurt
do you think so? I tried to eat a little over the course of two weeks, but I still had problems

I’m talking about this because exactly a year ago, from June to November, I ate exactly 0 sugar, at most bananas and other fruits. It was fucking hard; I barely managed to hold back, and protein with milk saved me

it will take some time to cut down sugar im the same age as u and it was hard for me but what i did i just completely stopped to eat any form of candy/sweats and i drank more juices with natural sugar in it all of theme were home made so that olso helped a lot on my mindeset since im some what lazy so i woldnt have to make a juice whenever i wanted sugar and that completely stopped me craving for sugar obv a bit of sugar here and there is not a huge problem but dont overdue it i wold recommand to stop sweats and eat fruits with sugar in theme way healtier andd it can slowly stop the craving for sugar

If you're willing to take some medication to help you, get skincare products (tret, taza or the best of them all : accutane) coming from someone who struggled with acne, you'll feel way way way better about yourself.
For the sugar, except some specific cases (fast sugar for exams or wtv), you should avoid industrial sugar obviously. Pretty easy to say but if you have money just eat a lot of fruits, carbs is life as long as it's not a whole bag of hersheys.
For more effective ways with compounds, you have many options but I would say retatrutide (obviously), cagrilintide which is more effective when it comes to satiety and i heard about a compound that should stop food from giving you dopamine or smth but i forgot the name

I mean, what amount of store‑bought sweets, like chocolate, won’t be too harmful? But you’ve already answered, and I appreciate it.

no stop completely store bought sweets it will never stop ur "addiction" if u eat theme only eat home made fruit sweats and fruits with sugar in theme and u can still eat sweats like from the store but like really rare maybe 1 every 3 months like i dont suggest it at all to eat , that is how i got rid of my "addiction" and every time i opened my drawer to eat some sweats i wold tell myself dont eat it pick up a fruit
