depends on harmony and other factors such as under eye circles and aegyo sal. chico has pct but his upper eye fat let them look a little tilted negatively but he still has the best eye area a human has ever had prolly, look at this morph in this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/rating.1236151 eye shape didnt change but eye circles dissapeared which lets the eyes look positively tilted

idk about the latisse cuz it would also cook your under-eye, not only because of fat loss, but because of periorbital darkening

i also have your exact problem and i will try this, i can pm you when i do it, as soon as i get volufine ill use it to revert it and balance the hooding
