I don't know if it is possible. It is possible to go to lighter skin color, but when you're talking undertones, the undertones are caused by the color of blood coming through and being visible through the skin. You can change undertone from cool to warm by using stuff like beta carotine. I don't know of anything that would do the reverse and go from warm to cool. Perhaps monobenzene, which Michael Jackson used, but that would leave a gray, unnatural looking tone to your skin.
