How to go from white to pearly white teeth

My teeth are at the point where they would be considered white, but not pearly white which u see models and actors having, i brush twice a day with a normal toothbrush and some random toothpaste my parents get. are there any specific toothpastes/mouthwashes or anything else that can ascend my teeth without the need for teeth whitening from some clinic

My teeth are white rn but I use coconut oil midday and then use whitening strips at night every other day with using a bleach pen in between those days

what whitening strips are you using?
