How to grow at 14

I just turned 14 years old and stand at 5’5. A lot of guys around my age are between 5’10 and 6’6(not all of them), and I want to get taller. Besides sleep, working out at the gym, and eating well, what else can I do to help my growth? My mom is 5’1 and my dad is 5’8, but they had a very difficult childhood growing up in a civil war. But their siblings grew up in the United States and are all over 6 feet tall. For example my one of my uncles is 6'3.

I only grew 1/2 inch the past year but since middle school started I've had shitty sleep for the past 3 years.
