genuinely how do i grow at 15? im a guy 15 years old 168cm or 5'6 , ive only grown about 1-3 cm in the past year, my wingspan is 179cm or 5'10 , is there any potential to grow taller? of any way to boost my growth? my grandparents are 6ft but my dad is 5'6 and my mom is 5'0
