Before we learn how to grow bones we have to learn how bones grow. In this thread I will go over some proven theories. Also I would like to say I’m only spending time on research not format. This is not the best effort, its filler while I make a better guide.
1. How do bones grow?
First my source: https://training.seer.cancer.gov/anatomy/skeletal/growth.html
Through this we can see bones grow through ossification of cartilage. We know that bones respond to constant pressure through Wolffs law. Hence why orthodontics help to grow bones. But we’re not here to talk about orthodontics. Through this study we can also see that the way bones grow depends on genetics and testosterone and estrogen balances. If you don’t have the right genetics you might not be able to grow good bones. Some cases can be fixed though.

So, how do we fix it. Well if we look at it for younger people, there are many things they can do. Mewing for hopefully better forward growth or wider palate. There are also many more that I will link. https://myfaceology.com/facial-development-chewing/
However in adolescence or adulthood is where most people discover their underlying jaw structure. By then there is little to do. But there are still things we can do to fix this.
2. During adolescence we are meant to spend almost all of our time outside. Vitamin d is very important to allow calcium to grow our bones. This being said, will the sun ascend me, no. It wont. It will however help to allow your body to absorb nutrients. Stop rotting and go outside mf.
3. HGH, and test help with craniofacial growth also. I will not speak much on this as Im also making a thread on androgens soon. These obviously force the skull to grow prematurely and with more hormone than normal forcing more growth.

4. Now this is the only way really to grow bones after sutures are closed. You have to chew hard foods. Chewing hard foods allows the osteocytes to stimulate and produce igf-1 which allows the jaw to grow. This an bonesmashing (part cope part not) are some of the only ways to grow after puberty.

This shows how stimulating the bones will allow bones to speed up their igf-1 production forcing them to grow. Bones are mostly genetic, remember that. Just by trying this doesnt mean you will ascend. You have to put an effort in and continue to try. Bones are mostly determined by childhood. Adulthood can really only fix huge issues from surgery or orthodontics.

5. One of my theories is that by utilizing the bone growth through harder chewing, and working out while potentially using androgens will allow proper cranial growth and prepare the jaw for more forward growth. Remember forward growth will not happen during adulthood, but we can grow the ramus and zygos to try to create an illusion of an ogee curve or a more forward and square jaw.

Not high effort just do what you will with this guide im working on better ones. This is kind of filler ig.
