1. Train then 2-3 times a week, 15-20 reps, only train them standing for optimal results. Also do myo-reps.
2. Calf growth is mostly genetics, you can do things to optimize their growth, but your calf genetics are severely limiting.
3. Big calf look bad lol. I mean if you're a muscle hunk but have absolutely tiny calfs then it's going to look bad, but the solution's pretty simple: Don't be a muscle hunk. Specially if you're under 5'11.

Incline walking and calf raises are the only way tbh. A lot of incline walking
