How to grow hair fast

Hey guys, 3 weeks ago my barber f me up and now I have fucking short hair. I told him to cut like 1cm and he cut about 7 cm. Enough complaining I just want to have some advice. ( Can't use minoxidil cuz I have a cute cat who's name is Slulli)
