How to grow hair faster?

Mine grows an average of half an inch a month which is pretty standard but I'm wondering if I can get it to grow faster

I used to have really long hair a few years ago when I was 16 and my dumbass cut it all off for whatever reason.

I've been avoiding cutting it ever since and I had gotten to almost shoulder length but last December I did something really retarded and fried most of it with bleach and all my progress is ruined. It's reaching chin length now. I could maybe provide pictures if someone needed

Quit shampoo, it‘s nasty and in my case didn‘t work out as in fixing my dry scalp or balanced scalp oil production but during those few months my hair grew a lot.
