how to grow hair on eyebrow areas that refuse to grow

I've been using minoxidil, tret and microneedling the beginning part of my left eyebrow to make it symmetrical and it just will not grow. I have been consistent for a long time and I think it's just natural asymmetry. I'm considering a hair transplant but I want to know if I can fix it in any way before getting a hair transplant.
