How to grow hair quicker

So I’m growing a really long mullet and it’s rlly long right now but it seemed to have hit a roadblock where it’s not growing any longer
I’m 18 btw with good har genetics and hairline so what should I do am I lacking in vitamins or something?
What foods, products, vitamins or whatever can help

Trimming your hair like every two months should help as in tiny amounts being cut off especially if your hair is like frizzy or dry at the end
