Minoxidil + derma needling and if that doesn't work then eyebrow transplant

Minoxidil. Oral or topical would work. Oral is superior. Just prepare to look like this:

Use oral minoxidil, but be aware of the side effects. I use 5 mg and have no side effects at all, though.
