See an orthodontist if you can afford one. You'll probably need braces, and you're at the perfect age for a jaw expander. You have two options: are your parents poor or not? Steal money and get a jaw expander and braces because if you wait until you're 18, you'll need double jaw surgery.

we have enough money i just have to wait because i had to get a tooth extracted last yr and the new tooth is barely showing so it wont come in but besides that any other appliances would you suggest does twin block or herbst actually work at my age or nah

Mouthbreath and get surgery. You cant really fraud a longer mandible. Unfixable unless you're young.
