How to grow more

Im 16m grew a lot last year, mainly over summer and still growing now but it has slowed down and im not growing at the same pace I was before I am now taller than my dad(5,11) any tips on how to keep growing or how to get taller?

(Im 6ft now and my gp definitely haven't closed, my mum is roughly 5,4 if that might limit my max height)

Yea the food part is important I grew the most while I ate the best but how important is sport I only do gym is that enough
