I’m currently getting low fade on my side burn only and leave the rest (growing a mullet)

Should i stop getting the side burn faded? Or the side hair will cover it when it grows more?

Don't get long (shoulder length) hair. Only chads and bone moggers can pull it off and even then , they would have more appeal with medium length to shorter hair

vitamin d and gym plus caloric surplus definitely did. k2 im not sure i am only taking it now as high dose aspirin which i use for weight loss also thins blood and k2 is the only way to stop this

check out r/nopoo they have a lot of info about washing hair w/o shampoo
there are alternatives but if u wanna go water only its gonna take months if not years to transition to the point ur hair looks decent like with shampoo
