How to grow ramus

i’m 18 and want to learn to grow my ramus. my diet isn’t too bad but could obviously be better. open to suggestions on anything except hardmaxx bc i dont have the $ for it. i believe my ramus is what’s making my gonial angle high which ruins my face a lot.

alr specifically what? cosmetic surgery or an orthopedic procedure ? what’s the surgery called if that’s the only option ?

Your best option is gonion implant with drop down, i mean that sits a bit lower than your gonion but there are risks, and the biggest one is implant reveal if you go to far (masseters dehiscence).

Imo best one in this case is jaw implant to get better ramus and better Gonial angle

Masai jumps becasue with use of gravity when you jump there is a downward force that increases the length of ramus towelpushing aswells mewbumping could be helpfull aswell.
