Im 5'8 at 16 years old, I wanna reach atkeast 5'11, I know my genes aren't cooked because my brother is 6'2 and my dad is 6'1. However, I have been stuck on 5'8 since the last 3 years.

get an x ray done to see how your growth plates are looking. if they are closed then just give up. theres nothing you can do. since you have not grown in like 3yrs im 100 percent sure they are closed .
