i have turned 15 a month ago i am 5’8 (172,5cm) i am from Europe and i think i have nordic genes because of my blonde hair.i go to the gym and i dont think gym stuns growth but i do admit that i sleep like 6-7hours a day any answer or help on how to grow taller would be nice.

sleep 9-10h a day, eat a lot raw carnivore but keep lean and do sprints, testmaxx

Really depends on your parents’ heights. I mean you should grow maybe 2-3 more inches which is enough to not be considered short by the vast majority of people.

Really depends on your parents’ heights. I mean you should grow maybe 2-3 more inches which is enough to not be considered short by the vast majority of people.

my mom is about 172cm but my dad is about 183cm
