Doc said my growth plates almost closed
and I don’t saw any growth from 15
Can I do something with that or i need moneymaxxing to get ll surgery

If your growth plates are genuinely closed then that's it. All you can do at that point is surgery. But otherwise you can try aromatase inhibitors to lower your estrogen, that'll prolong the growth phase if there's any left.
