How to grow taller?

I have been trying to grow taller for a while now im 5'8 at 16. My parents are 6'4 and 5'1. My twin brother is an inch taller than me. I used to drink milk everyday idk if that helps or not (tho i heard it does help) and i dont eat junk food (maybe twice a month). Any tips would be helpful!

Ok might do that but i heard that growth plates typically close between 18-21. Anyways thanks for replying.

check x ray to see if ur grow plates are still open and u should sleep 9h and eat diary product u can hop on chemical but i dont rlly recommend that

I eat cheese and yogurt a lot, but idk if they're helping, anyways thanks for the tips.
