Main issue with topical DHT is extra shedding because it slams androgen receptors hard in the scalp. For that you gotta have RU58841 on hand or at least a strong minoxidil stack. Most guys run RU daily on the scalp while on the cream and it keeps the hair loss minimal. If youre already on finasteride or dutasteride be careful because DHT cream can compete with it.
For acne and oily skin which pops up from the androgen surge get some accutane if its bad or just a solid skincare routine with tretinoin and keep your diet clean as possible. Low dairy sugar and processed stuff helps a ton. @Iamspace just take Accutane
