How to grow zygos

im a greyfag retard so i don't know if this is possible but is it possible to grow my zygos? and if so how. that entire part of my face is flat and i need at least some definition. i tried bonesmashing with my phone but i know it won't have instant results. i know i should try leanmaxxing and debloating so i am working on that too (i have tons of bloat and face fat)

i also have no brow ridge unlike my father my forehead is completely flat despite me having high T levels

so genuinely only works if you have the genes and are youre still between 14 - 21yo but try this:

eat alot of cholesterol, drink raw milk, drink fermented milk, if you can drink blood

start hunting wild animals
