How to grow zygos?

Are there actually non cope softmaxxing methods to grow your zygos?

Since some say zygopulling is cope, some say it isnt i dont really know what to do anymore to grow my zygos.
Im bonesmashing my zygos everyday but besides that i have no idea how to improve

Please actual advice.

there is nothing you can do to "grow" your zygos but you can make them appear more prominent by bonesmashing and therefore tissue builds up ontop of the zygos.
