go on vegan diet and don't drink milk because milk is for baby cows drink soy milk eat many vegetables and grains for the vitamins and essential fiber

swimming eating a lot of protein getting vitamin D calcium k2 b2 zinc magnesium vitamin c just overall good nutrition + eating on a surplus + follow ur circadian rhythm and go to sleep early for at least 8 hours + eat a lot of chicken tbh + pray
